I hired Rome Photography Workshop to take me around the most famous attractions. I booked with the owner, Claudia, who was very accommodating to my schedule, it was very painless. I meet up with the photographer on a very early morning in front of the Castel Sant’Angelo. He knows the city very well. He also gave me some tips on composing my photos so they don’t look like most of the other shots. But the most important thing the guide did was take me to this local coffee shop not too far from the Pantheon, where I get to eat with the locals. The food was so great there that I ended up going back there to have lunch after our photo walk. If you ever find yourself in Rome and need a photo guide, I would highly recommend you contact Claudia.”

It was so much fun and also really instructive. We really enjoyed how Emilie guided us around the city pointing out great places from which to shoot pictures and helping us to take photos from different angles with her creative and careful instruction. She had a lot of wonderful ideas and was also very responsive and receptive to our own questions and interests, including our interest in food photography. We also loved conversing with her about all kinds of things the whole time. She even recommended sites and eateries that we’d be interested in—and her suggestions were right-on!

My photography workshop with Mauro was awesome. He was an excellent instructor in photography both technically and artistically. He really showed me how to use my camera. Not only  how to capture beautiful scenes and buildings, but also how to do it with an artistic flair. Not only was he very knowledgeable and a great instructor but also so friendly that he made the experience a very enjoyable one. As a local he knew Rome very well & the best places to go (not as a tourist but as a photographer) and he gave me a complete run down of the history of every place we went to and even of the places we walked past even if we didn’t stop. I requested a photography workshop on my trip to Rome with a travel and tour operator. They sent me to you, and I therefore spent several hours with a guide yesterday. It was a complete pleasure!! He is knowledgeable but gentle in dispensing instruction. We were able to see fantastic parts of the city by foot. He took care to direct me to sites that were of interest to me, mostly for street photography. I am glad the photographer was given the “assignment” to guide me. I highly recommend this company!
